These surface treated AlN powders have the most effective anti-hydrolysis capability in the world as they can withstand an 85°C/85%RH (environment test) in water for more than 500 hours.
Key applications
AW Series can be used in a variety of silicone-polymers and epoxy-resins in order to develop highly thermal conductive products such as grease, gels, films, tapes, pads and coatings etc.
