NWS series have irregular shaped particles but with smoother and rounded edges. Improve specific surface area (SSA) means a much higher filling rate and lower viscosity.
Key applications
NWS Series are available in 1.5 μm to 80 μm D50 sizes. Smaller sizes are ideal for sub-filler or to develop ultra-thin TIMs. NWS Series powders offers excellent fluidity and processability. //These powders can be used in a variety of epoxy resins to develop highly thermal conductive products such as adhesives, gels, grease, pads, tapes, etc.
