Aluminum

RF Series aluminum nitride powders (AlN) are sintered, high-purity particles with a spherical shape, available in D50 sizes from 30 μm to 160 μm.

Spherical particles achieve the highest thermal conductivity among AlN powder geometries by enabling superior filler loading and efficient packing in polymer matrices. Combined with large particle sizes, RF Series is the preferred choice for demanding thermal interface material formulations where maximum thermal conductivity is the priority.

Key applications

RF Series can be compounded with silicone polymers and epoxy resins to develop highly thermally conductive products, including grease, gels, films, tapes, pads, and coatings.

Features

  • Spherical-shaped particles for maximum thermal conductivity

  • Narrow particle size distribution

  • Low metal impurities

  • Available in multiple particle sizes (30–160 μm)
